Please note:

  • No cards sold at the box office during the last fifteen minutes before a scheduled showtime.
  • If you are purchasing a gift card online as a gift for someone else, please be sure to list their name and address in the ‘shipping info’ section & it will be mailed directly to them.
  • Gift Cards ordered online will be sent out within five business days from date of order via USPS mail. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed  after December 12th.
  • Movie Money gift card can only be used for purchase of movie tickets and concession items at the Bay Community Theatre. The available card balance will be applied to purchases. Value can be added to the card only at the theatre. The card is not redeemable or refundable for cash. This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The Bay Community Theatre is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the card.
