JR Seeger, Veteran, film advisor, and author

JR Seeger served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne and as a CIA officer for a total of 27 years federal service. As a CIA officer, he served in multiple field locations both as a field collector and team leader.

JR was the military advisor for the filming of “12 Strong”, the recent film based on the book, “Horse Soldiers” by Doug Stanton.

Since his retirement, JR has written articles and book reviews in the CIA professional journal “Studies in Intelligence” and the TE Lawrence Society newsletter.


MIKE4 is JR’s first novel and the first in a four-part series about a family who has served in the special operations and intelligence community from World War II to the present. – Amazon

During this time of COVID19 and Stay at Home orders, your Bay Community Theatre is embarking on a new path to engage, connect and support our movie-loving community through reimagined “Beyond the Bay” programming.

Using all technologies available, your Bay Community Theatre will host a weekly film introduction, viewing, and post-movie discussion.

This is a learning experience for all of us. We will stumble along the way, but will continue to learn and grow from every experience.

Advanced Ticket Sales Refund Process for COVID-19 Health Emergency

Patrons who have already purchased tickets for performances cancelled by the COVID-19 Health Emergency may return their tickets for a refund or donate the value of the ticket to the Bay Community Theatre.

Tickets not redeemed for their value by October 31st, 2020 will be considered a donation to the Bay Community Theatre.

Patrons wishing a refund of their ticket purchase, can come to The Bay Theatre box office by October 31, 2020. Patrons must present the ticket stub from an in person purchase or a printout of the email receipt from an online purchase to receive a refund.
