The Bay Community Theatre is a non-profit organization. With the exception of a couple of part-time employees, the Bay is operated solely by volunteers in our community.
We truly appreciate all of the volunteers who step forward to keep The Bay OPEN.
The number of volunteers needed varies with the type of work and the time of year.
