From Friday, Dec. 1, through Wednesday, Jan. 3, you’ll have the chance to win one of five gift certificates from The Bay. Each week presents a new opportunity to win. Just watch for the announcements and post your answers to the various topics for a chance to win the prize!
Winners will be drawn at random every Thursday in December (12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/28) and the first Thursday in January (1/4) via The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Winners must claim their prizes within 72 hours of announcement or forfeit the prize.

ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access, a valid e-mail account and Facebook profile prior to the beginning of the Contest Period.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins at 12:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, Dec. 1. The Bay’s Holiday Giveaway consists of five opportunities to win, each tying into movies and the holiday season. Each new topic period lasts for six days, with the winner being announced on the seventh day. See schedule below for details:

The contest will officially end at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, Jan. 3. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission periods. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
A new topic will be announced each week. To enter, participants MUST “like” The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Participants should comment on The Bay Theater’s weekly topic announcement post responding to the topic question. Participants may comment to enter as many times as they wish.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected each week at random from all eligible entries that week. The winners will be announced every Thursday in December (12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/28) and the first Thursday of January (1/4) via The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Entrants are responsible for checking the Facebook page to see if they have won.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CLAIMS
Each of the five winners will receive a gift certificate to The Bay Theatre that includes a free popcorn and soda. Winners must claim their prize within 72 hours of the winner posts each Thursday by messaging The Bay Theatre on Facebook with their mailing address. The Bay Theatre will redraw a winner for the unclaimed prize after 72 hours.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
